We’re growing and looking for relationship-driven Outside Sales Representatives who enjoy meeting people, being in the field, and earning based on their results.
What You’ll Do
- Meet with homeowners and business owners to inspect roofs and discuss repair or replacement options
- Measure roofs and gather job details for accurate proposals
- Present roofing solutions clearly and confidently—no high-pressure sales tactics
- Build trust and long-term relationships with customers
- Follow up on proposals and maintain strong communication throughout the sales process
- Work closely with our internal team to ensure a smooth handoff once projects are sold
What We’re Looking For
- Comfortable climbing ladders, walking roofs, and working outdoors
- Able to lift and carry materials as needed
- Strong communication skills—you enjoy talking with people and explaining options clearly
- Highly relational and professional with customers
- Organized, dependable, and self-motivated
- Sales experience is a plus; roofing or construction experience is helpful but not required
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
