Renaissance Rehabilitation Nursing Care Center, a 120-bed skilled nursing facility located in Staatsburg, NY, is proud to provide exceptional care for both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care residents. Our spacious, renovated 2-unit facility is backed by a supportive leadership team dedicated to empowering and supporting our direct care staff.
We are looking for a passionate, experienced RN Unit Manager to join our team and make a real difference in the lives of our residents!

Position Responsibilities:
- Provide supervisory leadership for your assigned unit
- Review and maintain accurate resident records
- Monitor overall resident care to ensure the highest standard of quality
- Address questions or concerns from residents and families
- Participate in care plan meetings and collaborate with the care team
Qualifications:
- Minimum 2 years of Long-Term Care experience
- Active NYS Registered Nurse (RN) license
- Basic computer skills
- Excellent communication and leadership abilities
- Passion for resident care and teamwork
