About the RoleAs our Maintenance Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day maintenance operations of the facility, ensuring that the building, equipment, and overall environment are maintained to the highest standards.
Your leadership and hands-on approach will directly support the safety, comfort, and quality of life of our residents while helping our staff work in a well-maintained and welcoming environment.
What We’re Looking ForProven experience in hands-on maintenance and facility operations
Previous Skilled Nursing Facility (SNF) experience is required
Experience supervising and coordinating maintenance operations
Strong leadership, organizational, and communication skills
A proactive problem-solver who takes initiative and follows through
Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities and meet deadlines
Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
