This role is essential in guiding clients and families through the intake and assessment process at a leading substance use disorder treatment center.As the first point of contact, you'll play a critical role in completing clinical pre-screenings, verifying insurance benefits, managing documentation, and ensuring a seamless transition into treatment.⭐ What You'll Do (Key Responsibilities)Respond promptly and professionally to all intake, inquiry, and referral callsConduct admission screenings, gather clinical and demographic information, and assess client fitAccurately enter and update information in Kipu EMR and Zoho CRMVerify insurance benefits, determine coverage, and coordinate pre-authorizationsPrepare, organize, and manage all admission-related documentationCommunicate client concerns or red flags to the clinical and medical teamsSupport client engagement and ensure a smooth onboarding experienceCollaborate with admissions, clinical, and leadership teams to maintain high conversion rates????
