Renaissance Ranch has an opening for a Mental Health Clinician/SUD Counselor at our Rupert, Idaho Facility.
Job Summary: Provides therapy for various substance-use disorder clients while adhering to Renaissance Ranch Vision and Mission Statement.
Salary: Guaranteed Salary Bonus Plan & Extras (not billable hours and based on experience)
Essential Functions: Completes group and individual sessions that address the individual needs of the client, including relapse prevention.
- Lectures on substance use & other psycho educational topics
- Completes weekly individual therapy
- Maintains knowledge of and adheres to Company policies and procedures
- Participates as an effective, contributing member of the interdisciplinary team
- Communicates well and has a positive up-beat attitude
- Competent and knowledgeable in ethical standards and confidentiality matters
- Works effectively with a treatment team format and knows how to work with supervision
Requirements: Master's level provider is preferred. LCSW, LMSW, LCPC, LPC, LMFT, AMFT, CMHC, CSW, Social Worker, Professional Counselor, SUD Counselor.
Must pass pre-hire requirements including a criminal background check and drug screening.
