Temporary Campus Support Coordinator

We’re looking for an enthusiastic and organized Campus Coordinator to join our Southfield campus administrative team. This campus offers higher education programs for nursing.
This role offers the opportunity to play a key part in supporting prospective and current students while providing essential administrative assistance to our admissions and campus staff. The position will begin as a temporary assignment and has the potential to convert to full-time employment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Welcome and greet prospective and current students with professionalism and warmth
- Answer and direct phone calls
- Make appointment confirmation calls
- Receive and distribute packages
- Provide administrative and clerical support to staff as needed
- Conduct campus tours for prospective students
- Proctor entrance exams

Qualifications:
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Friendly, professional demeanor and a customer service mindset

Details:
Pay: $21-23 / hour
Schedule: Monday – Friday 8:30am - 5pm
