Duties
- Greet guests warmly upon arrival, providing a positive first impression of the hotel
- Assist guests with luggage handling, ensuring safe and efficient transfer to rooms or transportation
- Provide directions and local information to enhance guest experiences
- Coordinate with front desk staff to facilitate smooth check-in and check-out processes
- Manage guest requests promptly, demonstrating excellent customer service and hospitality skills
- Maintain a clean and organized bellstand area, ensuring all equipment is in good condition
- Support night audit procedures as needed, including handling multi-line phone systems and phone etiquette
Skills
