What are the responsibilities and job description for the Utility Worker/Shakout position at Renaissance Manufacturing Group?
- Position requires working in different areas such as Shakeout, Finishing and as a Forklift driver
- Must be able to maintain working in a noisy, hot environment
- Responsible for seperating cast metal objects from molds by using warehouse tools
- Finish/grinder-focuses on shaping and ifnishig metal castings using handheld or stationary grinders to remove excess materials
- Physically demanding position
- 2 years working in a Foundry setting
- 2 years of experience as a Material Handler, Forklift driver or similar position
- Essential in maintaining efficient warehouse operations by expertly handling materials and operating various types of forklifts.
- Must be able to load, unload, and transport materials and products within the warehouse or production area.
- Strong communication skills
- Attention to detail
- Organizational skills
- Ability to meet the physical demands of the job
- Ability to lift up to 100lbs
