Renaissance Limos is a luxury transportation company based in Palm Beach County, FL currently in a stage of growth. We have a small but enthusiastic team, highly focused on providing excellent service. We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced FULL-TIME Contract Executive Chauffeur to join our team. We are looking for individuals with excellent “people” skills and the ideal candidate will be responsible for providing safe and reliable transportation services to our clients while maintaining a highly professional demeanor. Candidates with previous hospitality or driving experience in Palm Beach County & Broward County are preferred. Renaissance Chauffeurs aim to please and offer a safe and memorable experience, whether transporting to or from an airport, business meeting or important event.

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Provide timely and safe transportation to executives, high profile travelers or business leaders from one place to another in a luxury vehicle
• Receive and follow instructions remotely via phone.
• Maintain a clean and well-maintained vehicle.
• Adhere to all traffic laws and regulations.
• Help passengers by loading and unloading luggage
• Must be flexible, extremely polite, professional, courteous, punctual, patient and always opening & closing doors
• Prepare route for trip prior to departure. In addition, review trip tickets prior to departure for pertinent information on all trips assigned to the chauffeur
• Be knowledgeable of traffic patterns that might impact trip times and make adjustments accordingly.
• Arrive to transport passengers at the predetermined arrival time set by scheduler
• Operate all vehicles within all state and federal laws as well as all company policies: comply with all speed limits and road signs, wear a seat belt at all times while the vehicle is in motion. not talk on cell phone at any time while operating a vehicle.
• Communicate with scheduler throughout their shift regarding their status accurately and in a timely manner.
• Accurately complete all required digital paperwork at the end of each trip

REQUIREMENTS

• Have U.S. citizenship, or eligibility to live and work in the U.S (Mandatory)
• High School education or higher (Mandatory)
• Clean Florida Driver's License & Driving Record (Mandatory)
• Hack License (Mandatory)
• Professionally presentable in black suit, black shoes, white dress shirt, and black tie under various environmental conditions (Mandatory)
• Proficiency in English (Mandatory)
• Tech savvy - utilizing apps, navigation systems, logging in and out of devices (Mandatory)
• Able to safely handle up to 75lbs of luggage (Mandatory)
• Must live within a max 45-50 minutes drive of PBI & FLL Airports
• Be 25 years of age or above
• Prior chauffeur experience is preferable
• Desire to maintain a company vehicle in an impeccable condition
• Prior chauffeur experience is preferable but not necessary

PROFESSIONALISM (Mandatory)

• Chauffeurs are expected to be mannerly and courteous in all driving and non-driving situations.
• Good grooming and personal hygiene with clean and proper dress as instructed by the employer are expected.
• Calm, rational behavior and attitude under stressful driving conditions are attributes of a professional, as are refraining from inappropriate or abusive language and gestures.
• Personal chauffeurs follow instructions and requests without argument or complaint, and do not comment, engage or join in conversations of passengers without permission.
• Zero Tolerance: Use of alcohol, illegal drugs or prescription medication that inhibit cognitive or mechanical ability — either on the job, while on call or before a scheduled shift — is illegal. A sober, fully functional chauffeur is expected by the employer at all times

Job Type: Full-time Contract Role

Pay: 25% of every ride in the vehicle

Work Location: Palm Beach Country (lives 15 mins from PBI)

Benefits: Driver keeps 100% of all tips/gratuity

Schedule: Day shift Evening shift Morning shift Nights as needed Weekends as needed.
