This part-time Renaissance District Consultant role is an on-site position located in Baltimore, MD. The consultant will collaborate with schools and districts to implement Renaissance tools, deliver professional development, and develop strategies to improve student learning outcomes. Responsibilities include providing training for educators, assisting in the development of implementation plans, and ensuring successful integration of Renaissance solutions into classrooms. The role also involves monitoring and supporting ongoing usage and maximizing the impact of Renaissance tools in alignment with educational goals.

• Strong understanding of educational tools, assessments, and strategies for K–12 learning environments
• Experience in professional development delivery and training educators
• Proficiency in data analysis, reporting, and interpreting student learning metrics
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, and collaboration skills
• Knowledge of classroom technology implementation and education technology trends
• Relevant teaching or consulting experience in educational settings
• Availability for on-site work in Baltimore, MD
• Bachelor’s degree in Education or a related field; advanced degrees or certifications are a plus
