Role Description
This is a part-time, on-site role located in Pleasant Valley, NY. As a Teacher at Renaissance Kids, Inc., you will be responsible for planning and delivering engaging lessons in areas such as art, music, acting, and more. Your daily tasks will include developing creative curricula, teaching students of various age groups, assessing their progress, and fostering their confidence and creativity. Additional responsibilities include maintaining a positive and inclusive class environment, and collaborating with colleagues to enhance the educational experience.
- Proficiency in Education and Teaching methodologies
- Strong Communication and ability to interact effectively with students, parents, and colleagues
- Training or experience in specific areas such as art, music, acting, or related fields is a plus
- Patience, creativity, and a passion for teaching children
- Bachelor’s degree in Education, Fine Arts, Music, or a related field is preferred
