Renaissance Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, a premier nursing home dedicated to serving the subacute rehabilitation and skilled nursing needs of Philadelphia and neighboring Delaware County, is seeking a dedicated and compassionate Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) to join our team! We are looking for nurses for our 3p-11p shift for FT and PT .
About the Role:
As an LPN at Renaissance Healthcare and Rehabilitation Center, you will provide high-quality care to our residents in a post-hospital recovery and wound care setting. Our 123-bed nursing facility is located in the University City area, and we are committed to delivering remarkable therapeutic results through our state-of-the-art medical science and machinery.
Responsibilities:
Provide direct patient care to residents in accordance with their individualized care plans
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians
Monitor and report changes in resident conditions to nurses and physicians
Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure comprehensive care
Maintain accurate and timely records of patient care
Requirements:
Active PA License
CPR Certified
One Year Nursing Home Experience Preferred / New grads welcome for FT/PT
Clean Criminal Record
Clean Drug Screening
