- Must be willing to train in our Glenpool location for 60 days prior to working full time in our Edmond Office. We will provide reimbursement for fuel and drive time to and from work while training.
Job Description
- Greet visitors and clients warmly, ensuring a professional and friendly first impression
- Manage multi-line phone systems
- Assist customers in showroom with design selections
- Use office management software such as QuickBooks, Microsoft Office for daily tasks
- Provide excellent customer support by addressing inquiries promptly and professionally
Skills
- Proven experience in office management or administrative support roles with clerical experience
- Strong computer literacy including proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
- Familiarity with QuickBooks
- Excellent phone etiquette with experience managing multi-line phone systems
- Bilingual abilities are a plus to serve diverse client needs effectively
- Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to prioritize tasks efficiently
- Knowledge of office procedures such as filing, data entry, calendar management, and time management techniques
