Scheduling / Office Coordinator
The Renaissance at Coeur d'Alene is looking for an organized, people-focused Scheduling/Office Coordinator to keep our community running smoothly. You'll be the go-to person for scheduling, data management, recruitment coordination, and new employee onboarding. A role where no two days are exactly the same.
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Maintain and update staff schedules, working closely with the team to ensure proper coverage
- Assist in coordinating resident appointments
- Enter and audit data across scheduling systems, EMR, and paper records with a high degree of accuracy
- Screen applicants, schedule interviews, and process background checks
- Complete new hire paperwork and coordinate orientation logistics
- Answer and route calls, manage faxes, mail, and office supply orders
- Maintain employee and resident files; support the Executive Director with administrative and HR needs
QUALIFICATIONS
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- 1 year of administrative or scheduling experience preferred; healthcare or HR background a plus
- Strong data entry accuracy and organizational skills
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Knowledge of HIPAA and confidentiality requirements
