The Support Specialist provides administrative support to our executives, leadership team, and staff.
Responsibilities:
- Document and Form Creation
- Filing and Data Management
- Payroll and Timesheet Management
- Interviewing and Recruitment
- Employee Communication and Support
- Office Management and Maintenance
- Client and Employee Support
- Mail Management
Requirements:
- Must be able to effectively communicate verbally and in-writing. Must be able to manage work time and manage time management skills.
- Must be able to follow deadlines, goal dates.
- Must be organized and able to work well with all levels of personnel.
- Must follow the instructions of your supervisor.
- Must be polite and considerate of clients, visitors, and co-workers at all times.
- Must be able to walk and stand for extended periods of time.
- Must be able to lift 50 lbs., and push or carry 25 lbs.
- Must be able to represent the agency in a positive and professional manner.
- Must attend and complete all required in-services and staff meetings.
- Completes all other duties as assigned.
