Position Summary Renaissance Care Services is seeking compassionate, dependable, and flexible individuals to join our team as a Mobile Care Specialist. This traveling caregiver position is responsible for filling open shifts and providing exceptional in-home care services to clients throughout North Central West Virginia. Mobile Care Specialists play a vital role in ensuring continuity of care by supporting multiple clients and care teams as staffing needs arise.
This position is ideal for caregivers who enjoy variety, flexibility, and making a meaningful impact in the lives of seniors and individuals needing assistance at home.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate in-home personal care services to clients
Assist clients with activities of daily living (ADLs), including: Bathing and grooming Dressing assistance Toileting and incontinence care Mobility and transfers Meal preparation Light housekeeping
- Travel to various client homes and care assignments as scheduled
- Fill open shifts, emergency coverage needs, and last-minute assignments
- Maintain accurate documentation and care records
- Build positive relationships with clients, families, and team members
- Follow individualized care plans and company policies
- Maintain client confidentiality and professionalism at all timesQualifications
- Caregiving, CNA, home care, or healthcare experience required
- CNA (Certified Nursing Assistant) required with valid certification in state of West Virginia
- Compassionate, dependable, and adaptable personality
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and travel between assignments
- Valid driver’s license, reliable transportation, and proof of insurance required
- Ability to pass background checks and any required screenings
- CPR/First Aid certification preferred Schedule & Availability
- Flexible scheduling available

- Must be willing to travel throughout the service area and work varying shifts, including evenings and weekends as needed

Pay: $15.00 - $17.00 per hour
