What are the responsibilities and job description for the Caregiver / Med Tech position at Renaissance by Rennes?
We are inviting you to apply for a Caregiver position. Applicable career paths may include but not limited to: Nursing, CNA, pharmacy tech, medical assistant (CMA).
Current available shifts are on AM shift from 6AM until 2 PM and PM shift from 2 PM until 10 PM.
The personal caregiver provides personal and supportive care to the specific needs and service plan requirements of the residents; encourages self-care of residents to maintain an optimum level of functioning and self-esteem; assists with meal service and general housekeeping in the facility as scheduled and responds to emergency needs within the community.

Qualifications:
Minimum Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities:
- Must possess a strong service orientation, including active listening, critical thinking skills, and close monitoring of clients
- Basic understanding of medical terminology
- Strong in customer service
