We are seeking a dedicated Maintenance Assistant to support the ongoing upkeep and operational efficiency of our condominium. You will perform a variety of tasks such as leaf blowing, pressure cleaning, driving trash and recycling bins to pick up area, walk property for curb appeal, assist Maintenance Supervisor as needed, etc. A Maintenance Technician is a thorough professional with a practical mind and attention to detail. The ideal candidate will be able to work autonomously and responsibly by observing all health and safety guidelines. The goal is to maintain the building and common areas in the best possible condition. This position offers an engaging work environment where leadership and customer service skills are valued, and all work performed is compensated.

Responsibilities
- Perform basic maintenance and manual repairs (replace light bulbs, etc.)
- Maintain curb appeal of property
- Follow general upkeep procedures and other tasks as assigned
- Assist with routine and preventive maintenance in residential environment.
- Supervise or assist in supervising maintenance tasks performed by team members or contractors
- Ensure compliance with safety standards and maintain a clean work environment
- Provide excellent customer service by addressing maintenance requests efficiently and professionally
Skills
- No previous experience necessary
- Basic understanding of curb appeal
- Manual dexterity and problem-solving skills
- Good physical condition and strength with an ability to lift a minimum of 100 pounds and climb a ladder
- Valid FL driver license with good driving history
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Excellent communication skills in English for effective teamwork and customer interaction
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
