Job Overview
Renaissance Remodeling is looking for an experienced tradesman to join our team. We are seeking someone dependable, skilled, and able to work independently on a variety of remodeling and construction projects.
The ideal candidate should have hands-on experience with framing, drywall, painting, decks, repairs, and general remodeling work. This position requires someone who can take direction, work with minimal supervision, problem-solve on the job, and take pride in quality workmanship.
Responsibilities include:
- Framing, drywall hanging/finishing, painting, trim work, and general remodeling
- Deck construction, repairs, and exterior projects
- Completing residential remodeling projects from start to finish
- Performing demolition, repairs, punch-list items, and general construction tasks
- Reading basic plans, taking measurements, and laying out work accurately
- Maintaining a clean, safe, and organized job site
- Communicating professionally with customers, coworkers, and supervisors
- Working independently and staying productive without constant oversight
Requirements:
- Remodeling or construction experience required
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
- Must be dependable, punctual, and professional
- Must have basic hand tools
- Experience with framing, drywall, painting, decks, and general remodel work
- Valid driver’s license preferred
- Ability to lift materials and work in different job-site conditions
- Strong attention to detail and pride in finished work
Pay: $20.00 - $33.00 per hour
