Essential Job Duties and Responsibilities:Regional & Strategic Leadership
- Develop and execute a long-term North American business strategy aligned with RENA’s global objectives.
- Serve as the senior executive leader for the region, accountable for performance, growth, and organizational effectiveness.
- Translate global strategy into executable regional plans and measurable outcomes.
- Partner directly with German executive leadership on strategy, investment planning, and regional priorities.
- Own full P&L responsibility for RENA Technologies North America.
- Develop, manage, and achieve regional budgets, forecasts, and long-range financial plans.
- Ensure strong financial discipline, cost management, margin improvement, and capital investment prioritization.
- Provide accurate and timely financial and operational reporting to headquarters.
- Provide executive oversight of all North American operations, including manufacturing, supply chain, project execution, quality, service readiness, and facilities.
- Ensure operational excellence, on-time delivery, quality performance, and safety across all regional sites.
- Align North American operations with global standards, systems, and performance metrics.
- Partner with Sales and Service leadership to achieve regional revenue, growth, and customer satisfaction goals.
- Serve as an executive sponsor for major customers and key strategic accounts.
- Support complex customer engagements requiring cross-regional collaboration with German engineering and product teams.
- Ensure consistent value delivery and protect RENA’s global reputation for precision and reliability.
- Act as the primary North American liaison to RENA Germany across all functions.
- Drive adoption of global processes, tools, and operational methodologies within North America.
- Participate in global leadership, strategy, and performance reviews.
- Support global initiatives including systems implementations, process harmonization, and potential M&A or integration efforts.
- Build, lead, and develop a high-performing North American leadership team.
- Foster a culture aligned with RENA’s global leadership values and operational excellence standards.
- Ensure effective succession planning, workforce development, and leadership capability building.
- Promote collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement across the organization.
- Ensure compliance with all regulatory, safety, and corporate governance requirements across North America.
- Align regional risk management and business continuity planning with global standards.
- Provide regional insights and mitigation strategies to global leadership.
Education
- Bachelor’s degree in business, engineering, operations, or a related field required.
- MBA or advanced degree strongly preferred.
- 12 years of progressive leadership experience in manufacturing, engineered-to-order, or industrial technology environments.
- Minimum of 5 years in a senior executive role with broad business responsibility.
- Proven experience with P&L ownership and leading multi-functional organizations.
- Experience working within a global organization or reporting to an international parent company strongly preferred.
- Prior collaboration with German or European headquarters is a significant advantage.
- Strong strategic, financial, and commercial acumen.
- Exceptional executive communication and stakeholder management skills.
- Ability to lead in a matrixed, cross-cultural global environment.
- Deep understanding of operational excellence, process optimization, and organizational scalability.
- High cultural awareness and ability to bridge differences between North American and German working styles.
