We’re seeking a seasoned accounting professional to take ownership of key financial reporting functions within a dynamic manufacturing environment. This role is ideal for someone who thrives on accuracy, process improvement, and data-driven insights.
What You’ll Do
- Lead month-end and year-end close activities, ensuring timely and accurate financial reporting.
- Manage product costing, margin analysis, and investigate price or cost variances.
- Review actual manufacturing overheads against budgets and forecasts to identify trends and opportunities.
- Prepare detailed inventory reports and stock provisions with a strong attention to accuracy.
- Support budgeting and forecasting processes in collaboration with senior finance leadership.
- Analyze revenue and cost of sales versus plan, highlighting key performance drivers.
- Reconcile supplier statements on a quarterly basis and resolve discrepancies.
- Handle daily cash management, bank reconciliations, and payroll postings.
- Coordinate with auditors during both internal and external reviews to ensure full compliance.
What You Bring
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field (required).
- 6–10 years of experience in accounting or finance, ideally within the manufacturing sector.
- CPA or CMA designation is a plus.
- Strong Excel skills; SAP or similar ERP experience preferred.
- Exceptional analytical thinking, attention to detail, and organizational abilities.
- Confident communicator who can work independently and meet deadlines with precision.
