RECRUITER(On-Site)Location: Carlsbad, CA 92008 (On-site)Schedule: Monday–Friday, 7:30 AM–4:00 PM OR 8:00 AM–4:30 PMCompensation: $21–$25/hour DOEType: Temporary through May 2026 with potential for permanent hireStart: ImmediateWe are seeking a hands‐on Recruiter to manage high‐volume hiring for retail merchandiser positions. This is a fast‐paced, not entry‐level role for a recruiter who can hit the ground running with minimal training. ADP and E‐Verify experience is a plus.Key ResponsibilitiesManage full‐cycle, high‐volume recruitment for retail merchandiser roles: sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding.Create and post job ads across appropriate channels to attract qualified candidates.Partner with hiring managers to define requirements and craft job descriptions.Schedule interviews and maintain timely candidate communication.Conduct background checks and employment verifications.Facilitate onboarding: collect new hire paperwork, enter data into ADP, process tax forms and direct deposit, and assist benefits enrollment.Manage E‐Verify to ensure employment eligibility compliance.Create and maintain accurate employee files and recruitment records.Provide HR administrative support: prepare reports, schedule meetings, respond to employee inquiries related to recruitment and onboarding.Required Qualifications1–2 years of high‐volume recruiting experience, preferably hiring retail merchandisers.Proven experience with ADP for onboarding and employee data entry.Experience managing E‐Verify and employment eligibility processes.Strong organizational skills and the ability to manage multiple open requisitions simultaneously.Excellent verbal and written communication and candidate‐facing skills.Ability to work on‐site full time and start immediately.Preferred QualificationsPrior experience in retail or merchandising recruitment is a plus.Familiarity with applicant tracking systems and candidate sourcing tools.Comfortable working independently and escalating issues appropriately
