RemX Staffing is recruiting for a Mortgage Loan Closer for a contract to hire position.
Monday - Friday from 8:45am - 5:00pm - Hybrid Role - 1 day in office
All training will be done in office for 2 weeks
???????Responsibilities:
- Reviews approved mortgage loans to determine all underwriting conditions have been met prior to sending final closing package.
- Calls borrower, real estate broker, and/or title company to request specified and required documents.
- Prepares and delivers all loan documents to title company or lending officer for settlement.
- Approve and send preliminary closing disclosures statements.
- Verifies accuracy and consistency of specifications on title abstracts, insurance forms, and other required documents post- closing.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED
- 2-3 years of mortgage closing experience
- Strong knowledge of real estate lending
- Familiarity of secondary market guidelines
- Encompass software experience (required)
