Direct Hire
Pay: $43,000–$50,830 annually strong incentives for top sellers
Start Date: As soon as possible
Training: 8:30am–5:00pm EST
Schedule: Mon–Fri, 8:00am–5:30pm 1 Saturday/month

About the Role
This is a sales-driven position focused on helping clients with personal insurance needs. You’ll handle inbound calls and outbound follow‐ups, guide customers through coverage options, and close sales.
What You’ll Do
- Sell personal insurance products via phone and email
- Follow up with clients to complete sales
- Maintain licensing through training and CE
- Keep an organized pipeline and prioritize leads
- Clearly explain coverage options to customers
