I am working with a terrific client who has an immediate need for a Human Resources Generalist. In this position they will support day-to-day human resources functions within a fast-paced manufacturing facility. This role is responsible for ensuring consistent application of HR policies, supporting employee engagement, and partnering with operations leadership to promote a productive, compliant, and positive work environment.Key Responsibilities:Administer HR policies and procedures, ensuring compliance with federal, state, and local employment laws.Support hourly and salaried recruitment, onboarding, and orientation processes.Partner with supervisors to address employee relations issues, conduct investigations, and recommend corrective actions as needed.Coordinate payroll and timekeeping processes, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.Manage benefits administration, open enrollment, and employee leave programs (FMLA, ADA, etc.).Maintain personnel records and HRIS data integrity.Assist in performance management and training program implementation.Support safety initiatives and workers’ compensation claims in partnership with the EHS and Operations teams.Qualifications:3–5 years of HR experience in a manufacturing environment required.Workday experience a .Solid understanding of employment law, HR compliance, and best practices.Excellent communication, problem-solving, and interpersonal skills.Proven ability to manage multiple priorities in a high-volume, fast-paced setting.Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field (or equivalent experience).SHRM-CP or PHR certification a plus.The company offers an excellent benefits package including:health, dental, vision, 401K, profit sharing, bonus, generous PTO & paid holidays.Opportunities for professional growth and career advancement.Terrific company culture.
