Our client is seeking a Wire Operations Specialist to support their daily wire transfer activity in a fast-paced, high-volume environment. This position requires someone who can independently manage the full lifecycle of wire transactions, from initial intake through final processing, while maintaining strict accuracy and compliance standards.
- Title: Wire Operations Specialist (Call Center Environment)
- Location: Onsite Little Rock, AR 72223
- Schedule: Mon–Fri, 7am-4pm CST
- Pay: $22/hour
- Employment Type: Direct Hire
Key Responsibilities
- Execute end-to-end processing of domestic and international wire transfers, ensuring accuracy at every step
- Review incoming requests, verify transaction details, and complete all required authentication procedures
- Ensure adherence to internal controls, regulatory guidelines, and security protocols for all transactions
- Research and resolve payment discrepancies, processing issues, and exceptions impacting wire activity
- Partner with internal teams and customers to clarify details, troubleshoot issues, and prevent delays
- Manage a steady volume of inbound and outbound communication related to wire processing
- Maintain clear and accurate records of transactions, updates, and follow-ups
Required Qualifications
- At least 1 year of hands-on wire transfer experience, with the ability to complete transactions independently from start to finish
- Working knowledge of wire processing procedures, authentication requirements, and financial controls
- Experience identifying and addressing potential fraud risks or irregularities
- Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage high-volume transactional work
- Effective communication skills and the ability to resolve issues quickly and professionally
Preferred Experience
- Familiarity with banking platforms or financial transaction systems
- Experience in a call center or customer-facing financial services role
