We are seeking a seasoned administrative and customer service professional who is ready to try something new, challenging, and rewarding at our awesome company. The position requires switching gears smoothly and quickly - for example, you may get a customer phone call discussing pricing and service area of a lawncare company, then respond to a group email scheduling a C-suite executive meeting, then make a phone call to schedule a patient for a mental health professional.

RemSource is a team of administrative & customer service professionals that handle back-office responsibilities and high-level customer service for solo/small businesses who do not need a full day of work done but they need work done throughout the day (9-5 Eastern). This is not a staffing agency or contractor gig. Think of the way that law firms, accounting firms, marketing firms provide services to multiple companies: we do that for administrative, customer service, and bookkeeping work.

A typical day includes the following types of responsibilities:

  • Telephone and email customer service
  • Executive level scheduling and calendar management
  • Tasks specific to each client’s back-office needs, such as CRMs and database work

We are virtual to our clients but work from a central office in Pikesville which is how we best function as a team for clear communication and keeping a high energy level so we can offer our customers the best experience possible.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: $15.00 - $22.00 per hour

  • 8 hour shift
  • Day shift
  • Monday to Friday

COVID-19 considerations:
Office has spacing and fresh air flow! Our ideal situation is working in the office. During COVID we proudly & successfully had our entire team working remote. So basically... maybe, if needed, but in the office mainly and safely!

Education:

  • High school or equivalent (Preferred)

Experience:

  • Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
  • Customer Service or Administrative Assistant: 2 years (Required)
