RemSource is a team of administrative & customer service professionals that handle back-office responsibilities and high-level customer service for solo/small businesses who do not need a full day of work done but they need work done throughout the day (9-5 Eastern). This is not a staffing agency or contractor gig. Think of the way that law firms, accounting firms, marketing firms provide services to multiple companies: we do that for administrative, customer service, and bookkeeping work.
A typical day includes the following types of responsibilities:
- Telephone and email customer service
- Executive level scheduling and calendar management
- Tasks specific to each client’s back-office needs, such as CRMs and database work
We are virtual to our clients but work from a central office in Pikesville which is how we best function as a team for clear communication and keeping a high energy level so we can offer our customers the best experience possible.

Education:
- High school or equivalent (Preferred)
Experience:
- Microsoft Office: 1 year (Preferred)
- Customer Service or Administrative Assistant: 2 years (Required)
