ABOUT THE ROLE
The Seasonal Customer Customer Experience Specialist provides responsive, knowledgable, and professional customer support during REMplenish's peak holiday season. This role serves as a primary point of contact for our customers, answering questions, resolving concerns, processing and escalating requests, and coordinating inventory to ensure timely and effective support during periods of increased customer activity.

This is a temporary, seasonal position anticipated to begin in mid-October, and run through late-December or early-January. The assignment's duration may change based on business needs, and we cannot guarantee continued employment beyond the seasonal assignment.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Respond to customer inquiries received through email, chat, and other communication channels, including phone when needed.
• Provide accurate product ordering, shipping, account, and general support information.
• Process orders, returns, replacements, credits, and other customer transactions accounting to established procedures.
• Research and resolve customer concerns, escalating complex or time-sensitive issues when needed.
• Help manage increased inquiry and order volume while maintaining accuracy, responsiveness, and customer care.
• Maintain accurate records of customer communications and activities.
• Coordinate with Sales, Operations, Shipping/Warehouse, and Accounting to resolve customer needs.
• Stay current on promotions, product availability, shipping timelines, and customer service procedures.
• Identify recurring customer questions or concerns and share insights with the team.
• Use and help update FAQs, templates, and support documentation as needed.
• Support other customer experience activities as assigned during the seasonal period.

QUALIFICATIONS

• Prior customer service, customer experience, account support, or related experience preferred.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to resolve problems while maintaining a positive customer experience.
• Strong organization, attention to detail, and follow-through.
• Ability to quickly learn products, systems, and processes.
• Ability to manage multiple customer needs and shifting priorities.
• Dependability and availability to work the agreed-upon schedule throughout the seasonal assingment.
• Ability to support customers across time zones within assigned working hours.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

• Ability to perform primarily sedentary work, including extended periods using a computer and phone.
• Ability to communicate frequently with customers and co-workers, whether verbally or electronically.
• Ability to occassionally lift or move materials weighin up to 20 pounds.
