Monday -Friday 230p-830p
Weekend and holidays flexible 5 hours
You will be responsible for working 3 or 4 days. Friday-Monday and on holidays
Responsibilities
- Perform routine cleaning tasks including sweeping, mopping, dusting, vacuuming, and trash removal across all areas of the facility
- Maintain cleanliness of restrooms, lunch rooms, offices, and common areas to ensure hygiene standards are met
- Conduct floor care activities such as buffing, polishing, stripping, waxing, and carpet cleaning to preserve flooring quality, when needed and potentially at neighboring accounts
- Handle industrial cleaning tasks when necessary, including the use of specialized equipment for heavy-duty sanitation
- Support facilities maintenance by reporting repairs needed for fixtures, lighting, or other building components
- Follow safety protocols during all cleaning procedures to prevent accidents and ensure compliance with health regulations
- Stock supplies and keep a neat house
Qualifications
- Proven janitorial or custodial experience in commercial or residential environments
- Strong knowledge of cleaning techniques, floor care methods, and industrial cleaning equipment
- Experience with facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs or painting is a plus
- Ability to operate cleaning machinery like buffers and extractors safely and effectively
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills to ensure thorough cleanliness
- Ability to work independently with minimal supervision while maintaining high standards of quality
- Physical stamina to stand, bend, lift heavy objects, and perform repetitive tasks throughout shifts
