1099 Contract Snapshot:
This is a commission-based role, with an earning potential of $60.00 per hour (and the possibility to earn more for additional thermal services). We're also offering:

The Thermal Solar R&R Subcontractor We're Looking For:
- 3 years of residential solar R&R experience with demonstrated exposure to thermal panel systems
- Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
- General liability insurance, workers' compensation (or valid exemption), and commercial auto insurance
- Ability to travel to projects throughout the Denver Front Range
- Plumbing or mechanical knowledge related to thermal systems - preferred
- Electrical troubleshooting knowledge for PV systems - preferred
- NABCEP Certification/Colorado Journeyman license - preferred
The Work You'll Do:
- Safely remove and install residential solar PV and thermal panel systems during roof replacement projects
- Properly drain, disconnect, label, and protect PV modules, thermal collectors, and related components
- Ensure watertight roof penetrations and proper flashing for both electrical and thermal piping connections
- Lead and manage crew members to meet daily production, safety, and scheduling requirements
- Perform final system verification, including PV functionality and thermal system recommissioning, to minimize callbacks
