Job Description:

We are looking for a dependable and driven Warehouse shipping operator to become a valuable addition to our workforce. The Warehouse Order Picker will perform various functions, including receiving and processing incoming stock, picking and filling orders from stock, packing and shipping orders, or managing, organizing, and retrieving stock in the warehouse. The selected individual will be entrusted with the precise and efficient picking and preparation of orders and shipments. Working within a dynamic and high-paced warehouse setting, the Warehouse Order Picker will actively engage with fellow team members to collectively achieve our daily order fulfilment objectives.

Responsibilities:

• Utilize order sheets or handheld devices to identify and locate items for picking.
• Pick and pack items accurately and efficiently, ensuring correct quantities and quality.
• Verify and cross-check order contents to ensure accuracy.
• Prepare and label packages for shipment, adhering to shipping guidelines.
• Operate material handling equipment, such as pallet jacks or hand trucks, to move goods safely.
• Maintain a clean and organized work area, ensuring safety and efficiency.
• Collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily order processing goals.
• Be willing to undertake any other job-related duties as requested by the supervisor or management team by demonstrating a flexible and adaptable approach to meet business needs.
• Follow established warehouse procedures and safety guidelines.
• Dedicated, hardworking, self-starter.

Requirements:

• Previous experience as a Warehouse shipping operator or similar role is a plus.
• Ability to work independently and in a team-oriented environment.
• Thrive in a fast-paced environment.
• Must be detailed oriented with a sense of urgency and focus on accuracy.
• Ability to multi-task, prioritize and effectively manage workload.
• Ability to lift and carry heavy items and stand for extended periods.
• The ability to lift a box of t-shirts weighing 30 lbs on average.
• Familiarity with warehouse operations and order fulfillment processes.
• Basic computer skills and experience using handheld devices are beneficial.

Must have:

• Authorization to work in the United States
• Basic English-speaking skills
• Must be flexible in work schedule
