We are currently seeking a Part Time (20-hour week) Remote Human Resources Coordinator on a temporary basis (6 months) with the ability to have presential intermittent sessions at our Bethlehem, PA Headquarters. This individual will report to the HR Generalist who supports HR function for the Group.

Job Description

The Human Resources Coordinator provides assistance to the HR Generalist on the coordination of the Human Resources functions within the Company. Including but not limited to ensuring hiring and termination documentation is kept up-to-date, and HR policies and procedures are updated and appropriately distributed to stakeholders.

Job Functions

  • Update Employee Handbook and Human Resource corporate policies and procedures.
  • Ensures the Company’s compliance with all federal, state, and local employment laws.
  • Maintains employee and department records and reports. Proactively identifies areas of improvement, while analyzing employee and operational data.
  • Any other duties, responsibilities or activities as assigned.

Education, Experience, Skills

  • Bachelor’s degree in business administration, Human Resources Management, or related field.
  • 1 years plus progressive Human Resources Generalist Experience. Knowledge of employee relations & employment law (i.e., FLSA, FMLA, ADA and HIPAA).
  • High degree of proficiency MS Office Suite. Knowledge of ADP HR Management Software a plus.
  • Strong analytical, problem solving and presentation skills.
  • Ability to influence, interact and communicate with people at all organizational levels.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication.
  • Minimal travel required.

Must be able to attend periodic in-person meetings at the Bethlehem, PA site. Meetings will be held during business hours of 8am-5pm, no weekends or evenings.
