Qualifications
- 2-5 years of inside sales experience, preferably in a technical, engineered product environment.
- Proven ability to understand and communicate complex technical concepts.
- Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to present technical information clearly.
- Self-motivated with a strong drive to meet and exceed sales goals.
- Ability to work well in a team environment and collaborate with cross-functional departments (engineering, product development, etc.).
- Proficiency in CRM software and MS Office Suite; experience with technical sales tools is a plus.
- A willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced, ever-changing environment.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, Engineering, or related field (or equivalent work experience).
- Previous experience in a leadership or management role (even in an unofficial capacity).
- Familiarity with technical sales processes, including product demonstrations and technical documentation.
- Technical certifications or training related to this industry (e.g., engineering, product-specific certifications)
