What are the responsibilities and job description for the Senior B2B Paid Media Manager (Google, Bing & Meta Ads) position at Remote CoWorker?
About the Role
We're looking for a hands-on B2B Paid Media Manager to own our entire paid acquisition engine — Google Ads, Microsoft (Bing) Ads, and Meta Ads — from strategy through execution. You'll create the ads, write the copy, run the split tests, analyze the data, and use AI tools to find insights faster than the competition. This is not a "manage the agency" role. You'll be in the accounts every day, building, testing, and optimizing.
What You'll Do- Own and manage B2B campaigns across Google Ads (Search, PMax, Display), Microsoft/Bing Ads, and Meta Ads (Facebook & Instagram) end to end
- Write high-converting ad copy and create ad variations (with design support or AI creative tools)
- Plan and run structured A/B and split tests on ads, audiences, bidding strategies, and landing pages — and document what wins
- Use AI tools (ChatGPT, Claude, etc.) for keyword research, audience insights, copy variations, competitive analysis, and reporting
- Audit and improve landing pages: messaging, structure, CTAs, and conversion flow — working with our team to maximize conversion rates
- Track and report on KPIs that matter for B2B: cost per lead, lead quality, CAC, pipeline contribution — not just clicks
- Manage budgets, pacing, and bid strategies to hit lead targets efficiently
- Set up and maintain proper conversion tracking (GA4, Google Tag Manager, offline conversions, Meta Pixel/CAPI)
- 3 years of hands-on experience managing B2B paid campaigns on Google Ads and Meta Ads (Bing experience a strong plus)
- Fluent level English — you'll be writing all ad copy and landing page copy yourself
- Proven track record of improving lead volume and lead quality, with examples and numbers you can share
- Strong understanding of landing page best practices and conversion rate optimization (CRO)
- Experience designing and running split tests with statistical discipline (not just "this one felt better")
- Comfortable using AI tools daily to work faster and uncover insights
- Analytical mindset — fluent in GA4, Google Tag Manager, and ad platform reporting
- Self-managed and proactive: you spot problems and opportunities before being asked
