We’re looking for a high-performing Sales & Partnerships Executive to help grow Remote Club, a nearshore software development agency connecting US companies with top engineering talent from LatAm.
What you’ll do:
* Drive new business with US-based startups and tech companies
* Develop strategic partnerships with Big Tech ecosystems (AWS, Microsoft, Google, etc.)
* Sell nearshore software development, AI engineering, and staff augmentation services
* Strong focus on AI-driven solutions (agents, automation, LLM apps, MVPs)
* Attend relevant industry events to generate and close high-quality deals
* Build and manage outbound pipeline (LinkedIn, email, events, partnerships)
What we’re looking for:
* Experience in software agencies or nearshoring companies (must-have)
* Strong exposure to US tech/startup ecosystem
* Experience or interest in AI-driven products and services
* Fluent in English Spanish
* Proactive, self-driven, and hungry to scale
* Comfortable leveraging events for business development
