Description:
Remodify Home & Construction is a licensed General B Contractor (CSLB #1129581), bonded and insured, serving the Sacramento region and Bay Area. We are hiring driven, self-motivated sales representatives on a commission-only basis.
This is not a salaried position. There is no base pay. You earn based on what you close — and on projects this size, that matters.
We supply the leads and the sales materials. You own everything else: answer inbound calls, build your own schedule, meet homeowners, walk the project, build the bid, submit it for review and approval, follow up, and close the deal. Must have reliable vehicle and phone.
No Training Provided — You Must Hit the Ground Running:
This is not an entry-level role. There is no training program. You are expected to walk into a homeowner's house, listen to their vision, assess the space, and design a scope of work on your own. That means you need to already know materials — tile, countertops, cabinetry, flooring, fixtures — and be able to talk colors, layouts, and finishes with confidence. If a homeowner says "I want a modern farmhouse kitchen," you need to know what that looks like and how to spec it. If you need someone to teach you the difference between quartz and granite, this isn't the right role for you yet.
Pay: $80,000.00 - $140,000.00 per year
