What are the responsibilities and job description for the Remodeling Crew position at Remodeling & Handyman Solutions?
Job Summary
We are currently looking for a full time individual with past experience in remodeling/ construction work. Must have a clean valid drivers license, your own vehicle and your own hand tools. Must be dependable and on time daily. Must be able to work independently without constant supervision. We take on a variety of different projects, painting, deck refinishing, deck builds, flooring installs, bathroom remodels, kitchen remodels, full home remodels, drywall, tile, laminate and LVP flooring installs, and many more. Paid vacation, paid holidays and year round work. Use of company vehicle and company tools. Experience is a must minimum of 6 years experience in all aspects of remodeling.
Experience
- Prior construction experience with a focus on remodeling or building renovation projects is a must .
- Proficiency in using hand tools, and power tools, for various installation tasks.
- Knowledge of construction management
- Experience interpreting technical drawings and construction plans accurately.
- Familiarity with safety protocols on construction sites to maintain a secure work environment.
- Outdoor work experience is advantageous due to the nature of some projects.
- Strong background in building material installation including flooring, trim carpentry, window installation, tile work, cabinets, drywall finishing and framing.

Pay: $25.00 - $30.00 per hour
Expected hours: 40.0 per week
