Job Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Remodeler to join our team. The ideal candidate will possess extensive experience across multiple construction and remodeling disciplines, with demonstrated expertise in residential projects. This position demands a hands-on work style, meticulous attention to detail, and strong collaboration with clients and colleagues to consistently deliver superior results.
Duties
- Perform remodeling tasks including but not limited to demo, framing, electrical, plumbing, drywall, siding, windows, doors, shower systems, cabinetry, flooring, trim and paint.
- Read and interpret construction plans to ensure accurate execution of projects.
- Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various construction tasks.
- Ensure job sites are clean and organized while adhering to safety protocols.
Experience
Candidates should possess a comprehensive skill set that includes:
- Proficiency in site management and assigned tasks
- Experience in remodeling trades
- Previous experience working on construction sites with a focus on teamwork and communication.
