Property Management Company accepting resumes for the positions of "Leasing Agent/Site Manager" to handle the day-to-day operations of the apartment complexes and coordinate all on-site leasing activities under the supervision of the District Manager & Director of Operations.
(Spindale, NC Area)
Responsibilities are but not limited too;
- Maintaining the physical and operational integrity of the property
- Process prospective tenant applications
- Manage tenant Move-Ins/Move-Outs, yearly re-certifications, notices, rent increases, and occupancy level
- File and go to court hearings for lease violations and non-payment of rent
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
- Follow Fair Housing Rules and Regulations
Skills
- Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
- Customer focus and bottom line orientation
- Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
- Well organized with excellent time management skills
- Property management experience a plus
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
