Property Management Company is accepting resumes for the position of Community Manager to handle the day-to-day operations of the apartment complexes and coordinate all on-site leasing activities under the supervision of the Director of Operations.
Responsibilities
- Maintaining the physical and operational integrity of the property
- Process prospective tenant applications
- Manage tenant Move-Ins, yearly re-certifications, notices, rent increases, utility allowance changes, and occupancy level
- File and go to court hearings for lease violations and non-payment of rent
- Inspect and arrange maintenance to meet standards
- Maintain a positive, productive relationship with tenants
- Follow Fair Housing Rules and Regulations
Skills
- Competency in MS Office and relevant databases and software
- Customer focus and bottom line orientation
- Interpersonal savvy with strong communication and presentation skills
- Well organized with excellent time management skills
- Property management experience not required but is a plus!
Job Type: Part-time
Pay: $17.00 per hour
Expected hours: 16 per week
