Property Management Company accepting resumes for the accounting department. The position is full-time with benefits. Qualified candidates must possess strong attention to detail, ability to work independently and as part of a team, strong work ethics, be self-motivated and find fulfillment in research and resolve!
Tasks include but not limited to, reconciling financial statements, annual budget preparation, analyze actual expenses and budgets and prepare company files for year end audits and tax returns.
Candidates should have at least 3-5 years of accounting experience. Bachelor's degree in Accounting is a plus.
