Remnant Homecare is a premium, clinically-led home care and senior concierge company dedicated to redefining the aging journey. Founded and led by a Physician Assistant (PA-C), we provide an elevated level of support that transitions seniors from the hospital to their homes with elegance, safety, and meticulous attention to detail.

The Opportunity

We are currently selecting the "Remnant 5"—our founding roster of Premier Specialists. This elite "Premier Bench" is designed specifically for PA students, Nursing students, or elite CNAs who find themselves overqualified for traditional care and are seeking a role rooted in clinical advocacy and high-end hospitality.

Your Role as a Specialist

• Lead the "Safe Landing": Ensure the first 48 hours post-discharge are seamless by stocking the home, organizing medications, and resetting the environment for safety.
• Clinical Advocacy: Accompany clients to follow-up appointments and maintain the Remnant Recovery Binder with professional, narrative updates for families.
• Hospitality Intuition: Prepare recovery-focused nutrition and manage the "Remnant House Account" for all concierge errands and shopping.

Qualifications

• Active CNA/PCA license or current enrollment in an accredited Nursing or PA program.
• A background in luxury hospitality, guest services, or high-end retail is strongly preferred.
• Impeccable verbal and written communication skills with high digital literacy.

The Vetting Process

We do not conduct traditional interviews. Candidates whose profiles align with our mission will be invited to a "Coffee Audition" to demonstrate The Remnant Standard™ in a real-world setting.
