We are seeking a IT Technician to join our team. This position is ideal for someone with strong technical troubleshooting skills, a customer-first mindset who thrives in a fast-paced environment, and the desire to grow with a small, high-impact company.
Responsibilities include:
- Perform Tier 1 support for VoIP issues including call quality, device provisioning, and connectivity
- Troubleshoot and resolve customer issues related to phone hardware, call routing, and network configuration
- Program and provision IP phones (Yealink experience is a plus)
- Set up voicemail boxes, perform password resets, and complete moves/adds/changes
- Perform IT Help Desk and IT project work as needed
- Deliver onsite and remote support for installations, training, and support requests
- Respond to IT and VoIP service tickets and phone calls in a timely and professional manner
- Identify ISP-related issues and escalate or assist in resolution
- Maintain accurate documentation in internal systems (ticketing, SharePoint, etc.)
- Communicate with clients in plain language to ensure a positive experience
- Provide break/fix services and troubleshoot phone/data cabling as needed
- Perform additional duties and assist with special projects as assigned

Highly Desired Qualifications:
- Prior experience in a VoIP or IT support role
- Understanding of SIP, DID routing, and basic IP networking
- Ability to configure, support, and troubleshoot VoIP systems and endpoints
- Experience with Yealink devices
- Experience using ConnectWise or a similar ticketing system
- Familiarity with hosted PBX systems
- CompTIA A certification
- CompTIA Network certification

Education:
- Bachelor’s degree in a technical field preferred, or equivalent combination of education and professional experience

Pay: $52,000.00 - $60,000.00 per year
