The annual base salary range for this full-time position in the United States is $81,000 - $97,200. This range represents a good faith estimate and is based on factors such as the role, level, and geographic location. The range shown reflects the minimum and maximum target salaries for this position across all U.S. locations.
Within this range, individual compensation will be determined based on job-related factors including skills, experience, education, and training.

PRIMARY DUTIES:
- Coordinate contract administration services with design professionals and contractors.
- Provide onsite supervision of contractors acting on behalf of the Client and to ensure the project is running smoothly.
- Chair the pre-construction & Biweekly job progress meetings and distribute minutes accordingly.
- Ensure all project records are provided and maintained.
- Coordinate all required inspections with the contractor and the code office having jurisdiction over the project.
- Document all RFI’s, Change Orders, Submittals, Shop Drawings and ensure proper responses are given to the appropriate party.
- Review applications for payment with Contractor and confer with the design team on recommendations for progress payments.
- Provide effective communication with the project team.
- Provide quality assurance inspections of work as it is being constructed.
- Review safety plans and construction operations to ensure that all work is being done in a safe manner and that the occupants of the building are protected at all times.
- Assist with the closeout of projects to ensure the project is turned over to the client.
- Excellent communication skills, with the ability to work with others and the public
- Self-motivated, organized, focused, with good attention to detail
- Ability to effectively manage multiple projects simultaneously
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Two year technical or associate degree in engineering or construction management
- Relevant work experience in the construction trades
- Valid Driver’s License
- TWIC Card a plus
- OSHA Construction Certifications
