Responsibilities
- Clean and prepare guest rooms according to Marriott and hotel standards.
- Make beds and replace bed linens, towels, and other guest supplies.
- Thoroughly clean and sanitize bathrooms, floors, furniture, and other room areas.
- Dust, vacuum, sweep, and mop assigned guest rooms and areas.
- Restock amenities and supplies as needed.
- Inspect rooms to ensure they meet established cleanliness and presentation standards.
- Report maintenance issues, damages, or missing items promptly.
- Follow proper Lost & Found procedures.
- Maintain and properly use housekeeping equipment and cleaning supplies.
- Follow all safety, sanitation, and chemical-handling procedures.
- Respect guest privacy and hotel property at all times.
- Respond courteously and professionally to guest requests.
- Complete assigned rooms efficiently while maintaining quality standards.
Requirements
- Previous hotel or housekeeping experience is preferred, but we are willing to train the right candidate.
- Strong attention to detail.
