  • Know all emergency procedures (fire, weather, bomb threats, guest accidents/illness, etc.).
  • Prepare weekly schedule while maintaining proper documentation (i.e. time cards, disciplinary procedures, reviews, etc.)
  • Prepare purchase requisitions for supplies needed.
  • Participate in the following:
  • Monthly department meetings
  • Property M.O.D. Programs
  • GSS
  • Meet budget by performing within guidelines.
  • Anticipate guest needs. Maintain positive guest relations by cordially communicating with guests, promptly and professionally checking them in and out of the hotel.
  • Assist with proper staffing levels for front office associates. Have a complete understanding of the job descriptions and duties of the front office staff and be able to complete those duties. (Valet, Front Desk Associate, Front Desk Supervisor, and PBX Operator)
  • Accurately manage and operate the POS system.
  • Assist with coordinating incentives to improve guest service.
  • Guide occupancy to maximize room inventory to increase revenues.
  • Work in a cooperative and friendly manner with fellow associates.
  • Perform any reasonable request as assigned or directed by management.
  • Properly handle all guest complaints and/or concerns.
  • Effectively portray leadership and provide guidance.
  • Salary: 60,000.00 Annually (USD)
