Position Summary
The Medical Assisting with X-Ray and Medical Billing & Coding Program Manager plays a key leadership role at the Mobile Campus. This individual supports the Campus Dean in overseeing program operations, faculty management, student engagement, and curriculum development to ensure high-quality healthcare education delivery.
Key Responsibilities
Develop and refine curriculum for the Medical Assisting and related healthcare programs.
Recruit, train, and mentor faculty; provide input on personnel decisions.
Support student success through orientation, attendance monitoring, and attrition control.
Lead Program Advisory Committee meetings and collaborate with campus leadership on strategic initiatives.
Teach courses and maintain current clinical and educational competencies.
Research and integrate new technologies and instructional methods.
Participate in campus ceremonies, meetings, and travel as required.
Qualifications
Associate degree or higher in Health Sciences.
Minimum 4 years of medical assisting or supervisory patient care experience.
Professional certification from an NCCA-accredited agency (e.g., CMA, RMA, NCMA, etc.).
Teaching experience preferred.
Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills.
