Campus Registrar

If you’re a highly motivated professional with experience in student admissions/registration, academic recordkeeping, or office administration, and you have a desire to help others succeed, we want to hear from you.

We’re looking for a dedicated, detail-oriented campus registrar to join our Cleveland East Campus and supervise the preparation, verification, dissemination, and storage of all official student academic records and files in accordance with company, state, and federal guidelines. This individual will report to the Campus President.

Essential Duties/Responsibilities:

• Maintains student academic hard copies and computerized records.
• In compliance with state and federal laws and regulations and Company policy, provides students, staff members, and other parties with appropriate authorizations and with the necessary academic information, documents, and reports.
• Maintains a current census of the student population.
• Assists academic departments in monitoring compliance regarding attendance, grading, registration, graduation, and other required policies.
• Assists in the development and reporting of the academic curriculum.
• Participates regularly in continuing professional development activities.

Education/Experience Needed:

• A related bachelor’s degree and relevant experience preferred.
• Great attention to detail.
• Pleasant, service-oriented manner.
