Vehicle Parts Sales Representative

We are a fast-growing, family-oriented auto recycling company in our 50th Year of business , looking for a high-performing Vehicle Parts Sales Rep, Selling Used Auto Parts who is a true closer, not just an order taker.

What You’ll Earn
- Realistic earning potential of $40,000 – $100,000 per year (depending on experience and performance) Hourly Commission-based structure with no cap on what top performers can make
What You’ll Do
- Handle inbound customer calls and qualify their needs
- Sell in-stock inventory and broker out-of-stock parts
- Actively sell extended warranties to increase customer value
- Verify inventory and provide outstanding customer service
- Build and grow your own customer base over time
- Resolve customer questions and concerns professionally
What We’re Looking For
- Minimum 1 year of proven sales experience with a strong record of hitting or exceeding quota
- Experience in commission-based sales (required)
- Self-motivated, proactive, and hungry closer who enjoys working independently
- Confident communicator who stays calm and effective under pressure
- Strong computer skills (Excel, Word, Outlook)
- Direct customer service experience
Big Plus: Knowledge of the Pinnacle Professional Yard System or previous experience in the auto parts/recycling industry.

Position Details
- Full-time, Monday – Friday (40–45 hours per week)
- Paid holidays and vacation
