Digital Designer - Junior

The Junior Designer plays a key role in our creative marketing team, supporting the development of visually engaging digital and print materials that reach sales professionals around the world. This full-time, hybrid position reports directly to the Senior Designer. Success in this role is measured by the quality, creativity, and timeliness of design deliverables that enhance engagement and brand consistency.

Key Responsibilities

• Design and produce engaging digital magazines in WordPress, including image selection, formatting, and quality assurance for monthly publication.
• Manage and update website content, including weekly blog posts, category pages, and feature sections to ensure consistency and accuracy.
• Create digital marketing assets such as email templates, landing pages, and social media graphics that align with brand standards.
• Utilize artificial intelligence–powered design tools (such as Adobe Creative Suite, Midjourney, and Canva Magic Studio) to enhance creative output and efficiency.
• Optimize web pages for search visibility and user experience by maintaining proper tagging, structure, and accessibility.
• Monitor and analyze website performance data to identify trends and recommend improvements for engagement and conversions.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams across marketing, content, and print production to maintain visual consistency across digital and print materials.
• Organize and maintain digital design files and assets to ensure efficient workflow and version control.

Skills & Abilities

• Degree in Graphic Design, Digital Design, Visual Communications, or related field.
• Portfolio showcasing strong digital and print design work (required for consideration).
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign); experience with AI design tools such as Adobe Firefly, Midjourney, or Canva Magic Studio.
• Experience managing content in WordPress or similar platforms; basic knowledge of HTML and CSS.
• Solid understanding of responsive design, user experience, and accessibility standards.
• Strong attention to detail, creativity, and time management skills.
• Collaborative, self-motivated, and able to thrive in a fast-paced hybrid environment.

Remote Requirements

• Permanent residency in one of the following states is required: FL, GA, NC, SC, NJ, PA, DE, KY, IN, MI, TN, MO, MN, TX, OK, CO, NM, AZ, VA or NV only
• 40-hour standard weekly schedule from 9:00 a.m. to 6:00 p.m. (EST or PST shift options available) weekdays with paid time-off, paid holidays and no night or weekend shifts.
• A dedicated, distraction-free workspace with high-speed internet service.
